Experience in both Private Sector and NHS IAPT services, helping people to learn skills to manage common mental health concerns. As well as experience in areas of Domestic Abuse and Substance Abuse.
Accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. The association sets and maintains high standards in CBT training and ongoing CBT practice.
